10TH STREET EMBANKMENT

This area is currently being developed by LeFrak. There will be 2 buildings, each 163 units & 75 ft tall. They will be removing 16,000 cubic tons of dirt = 20 trucks a day for 3 mths.
180 9TH STREET - BETZ RDP

This is the site of the old Golden Door Charter School.
HAMILTON SQUARE

Phase 1 of this project is build.
Phase 2 is allowed to be 140 ft tall.
This redevelopment plan also includes the corner of 9th and Erie. The parking garage there is zoned for 99 ft tall and 57 units.
NORTH OF HAMILTON PARK

This area is zoned to gradually increase from the look of historic Hamilton Park to an area of high rise buildings.
9TH & MARIN

Currently zoned for 140 ft tall and 66 units an acre. KRE is proposing a 190 ft tall, 300 units an acre project.
This would be the tallest bldg in Hamilton park and result in 400 rental units at the corner of 9th and Marin.
9TH & BRUNSWICK

This area is currently being developed by Shuster Development. They are building as it was zoned when purchased which will result in approx 154 units and 65 ft tall. They are asking the city for more height.
